Where does the data come from?
Company websites and other publicly accessible pages, including public profile titles returned by search. majikscale does not buy private contact lists and does not log into LinkedIn or private CRMs.

Where the data comes from, what happens to it, and how plans and credits work.
What happens to names and emails?
While a session is open you can see name, email, and phone on lead cards. When you end the session, those personal fields are removed from that view. Role, company, industry, and location can remain as an anonymized profile.
Can I search with a sentence?
Yes. Choose human language or the form when you create an account, then change the style anytime in settings. A line like “CTOs in fintech companies in Nigeria” is enough to start.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes, on Pro, Enterprise, and Custom. Once your included credits run out, buy packs of 100 for $12. Free can’t top up; move to a paid plan when you need more.
What is Custom?
Custom is a talk-to-us plan. We tailor credits, seats, and search limits to your desk. There is no fixed public price—email hello@majikscale.com or use the contact page. Custom customers can also purchase more credits after included ones finish.
What if I run out on Free?
Free includes 3 searches and 10 results each, with 10 credits to start. Free cannot buy extra credits. When you hit the ceiling, choose Pro, Enterprise, or talk to us about Custom.
Do you log into LinkedIn?
No. We use public pages and public search titles. Nothing behind a login is part of the pipeline.
How do plans differ?
Free is for a first look (3 searches, 10 results, 10 credits) and cannot top up. Pro raises that to 100 searches, 50 results, and 500 credits, and can buy more credits. Enterprise goes to 500 searches, 200 results, and 2000 credits, and can buy more. Custom is negotiated—credits, seats, and search limits set with us.
