Terms & Conditions

Last updated 22 October 2026. Draft for counsel review — not legal advice.

Who we are

majikscale (“we”, “us”) is a B2B product that helps sales and growth teams discover leads from publicly accessible sources and draft short outreach notes.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, waitlist, and product apps. By using majikscale you agree to them.

This document is a practical draft for product launch. It is not a substitute for advice from your own counsel. We may update it; the date above shows when we last revised it.

The service

You describe who you want to reach (for example a role, industry, and location). We search publicly accessible pages and may draft a short outreach note.

Plans in the product are Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Custom is arranged with us and is not a choice on the signup form. Each plan sets how many searches you can run, how many results a search can keep, how many credits you have, and how long a search may run. That search window is the value set for the plan. Credits are used when a lead is stored. A search that fails does not use one of your searches. Our staff can reset searches and credits. Exact limits are shown in the product and on our plans page.

On Pro, Enterprise, Custom, or a company plan, you can book a meeting on a Google calendar you have connected, and you can reach out. A free individual plan cannot book or reach out.

Reach out starts one campaign in majikscale, saves the note you edited and the time, and can email the lead through our email provider when that lead already has an email address. If you have connected LinkedIn and the lead already has a public profile link, the app opens that profile and copies the note. We do not send a LinkedIn message, InMail, or a connection request. If no profile link was found, we do not create one.

We may change features, limits, or availability. If a change is material and you have a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Public sources only

Search uses public web results, public LinkedIn pages, public pages on theorg.com, and company pages. We do not log in to LinkedIn to search. We do not buy private contact lists.

If theorg.com does not already show the person, we also look at that company’s public team, leadership, and about pages; news and press pages that name a person and a role; Wellfound company team pages; Wikidata and Wikipedia for named executives; OpenCorporates for registered officers; and, for an engineering role, the company’s public GitHub organization. We do not log in to those sites.

A person is stored only when the public page shows the role, name, company, or industry the search asked for. We do not copy an asked role onto a page that does not show it. We do not invent people, email addresses, or links, and we do not store an email guessed from a pattern.

A near-lead is someone else at the same company in a neighboring role. Near-leads stay inside your plan limit, and we keep at most five of them for a search.

You must use the service lawfully and for legitimate B2B outreach. You are responsible for how you contact people and for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws in your markets.

Accounts

You can create an account with email and a password, or start with Google or LinkedIn. Google and LinkedIn fill in the email and name from the account you already have. You still choose individual or company, a plan, and a password, and you fill in the company fields the form asks for, before an account exists. Closing that page does not create the account.

Our Google and LinkedIn apps are used only so you can sign in with your own account. We do not create a Google or LinkedIn account for you.

Google or LinkedIn sign-in is offered only when that option is switched on and its keys are set up. If staff have switched it off, or the keys are not set up, that button is not available. Signing up and signing in with email and a password still work.

Connecting Google stores a refresh token, the Google account id, and that account’s email so a meeting can be created on your Google calendar. That booking is available on Pro, Enterprise, Custom, or a company plan. A free individual cannot book. If Google sign-in is switched off later, a connection you already saved can still be used to book on a paid plan.

Connecting LinkedIn stores the member id, email, and name. We do not store a LinkedIn access token for messaging. If LinkedIn sign-in is switched off later, a connection you already saved can still open a public profile link that was already found.

We store your email and a hashed password—not your plain-text password. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, scrape beyond fair use, or break these terms.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is optional. You give us your name and email, and optionally a company and a short note, so we can invite you when access opens.

Session data and privacy

A search can show personal details that appear on public pages, such as a name, email, phone number, LinkedIn link, and other personal links. When that search session ends, or you log out, we remove those personal details from the search.

What can remain is a seat: role, company, industry, location, the source site, and a signature of the query. The person’s name and contact details are not copied back onto that seat.

If you add the lead to a sales record, the contact details and the outreach note stay on that sales record after the session ends. They are not copied back onto the search seat.

A company admin can see a teammate’s lead name, stage, and actions. That view does not include the lead’s email, phone, or LinkedIn link.

Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Acceptable use

Do not use majikscale to harass people, commit fraud, violate export or sanctions rules, probe our systems, or redistribute scraped data at scale outside normal sales workflow.

Do not reverse-engineer the service except where local law allows.

Intellectual property

majikscale branding, software, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to run the service.

Disclaimers and liability

Lead data comes from third-party public pages. We do not guarantee that every result is complete, current, or accurate. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Ending use

You may stop using majikscale at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the product.
