Last updated 22 October 2026. Draft for counsel review — not legal advice.

Who we are

majikscale (“we”, “us”) provides B2B lead discovery from publicly accessible sources, short outreach notes, and, on a paid plan, calendar booking and reach-out. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

This is a product draft for launch readiness. It is not legal advice. If you need counsel-reviewed language for your jurisdiction, please have a lawyer review it. Last updated: the date shown at the top of this page.

What we collect

Waitlist: name, email, and optionally company and a note.

Accounts: the email and password you choose, stored as a password hash, never as the plain password. Google or LinkedIn can fill the email and name. The rest of signup — individual or company, plan, password, and the company fields on the form — is still yours to provide before an account exists.

Google, when you connect it: a refresh token, the Google account id, and that account’s email, so a booked meeting can be created on your calendar. We do not create a Google account for you. If Google sign-in is switched off, or its keys are not set up, the Google button is not available. A connection already saved can still be used to book on a paid plan.

LinkedIn, when you connect it: the member id, email, and name. We do not store a LinkedIn access token, and we do not send LinkedIn messages, InMail, or connection requests. If LinkedIn sign-in is switched off, or its keys are not set up, the LinkedIn button is not available. A connection already saved can still open a public profile link that was already found.

Product use: search queries, plan and credit usage, and the lead results for a session. A credit is used when a lead is stored. A failed search does not use a search. The search runs for the window set on your plan.

When a search session ends, or you log out, we remove personal data from that search: name, email, phone, LinkedIn, and other personal links. A seat can remain: role, company, industry, location, source site, and a signature of the query.

If you add the lead to a sales record, the contact details and the outreach note stay on that sales record. They are not written back onto the search seat.

Company admins can see a teammate’s lead name, stage, and actions. That view does not include the lead’s email, phone, or LinkedIn link.

Local device data: we use browser local storage for preferences such as theme and for an auth token when you are signed in. We may use essential cookies or similar storage needed to run the site securely.

Contact messages: if you email hello@majikscale.com, we keep what you send so we can reply.

Why we collect it

To run the waitlist and invite you when seats open.

To create and secure your account, enforce plan limits (Free, Pro, Enterprise, and Custom arranged with us), and deliver searches and notes.

To book a meeting on your connected Google calendar when your plan allows it. Pro, Enterprise, Custom, and a company plan can book. A free individual plan cannot.

To start a reach-out campaign, save the note and the time, email a lead who already has an email address, and open a public LinkedIn profile that was already found when you have connected LinkedIn.

To improve scoring, reliability, and the product using the seat that remains after a session — not to sell personal contact lists.

To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Public sources limit

Lead information we surface is gathered from public web results, public LinkedIn pages, theorg.com, and company pages. We do not log in to LinkedIn to search. We do not buy private contact lists. We do not sell your personal data.

When theorg.com does not already show the person, we also read public team, leadership, and about pages; news and press pages that name a person and a role; Wellfound company team pages; Wikidata and Wikipedia for named executives; OpenCorporates for registered officers; and a company’s public GitHub organization when the role is an engineering role.

We keep a person only when the page shows the role, name, company, or industry from the search. Near-leads are other people at the same company in a neighboring role, still limited by the plan and capped at five. We do not invent people, emails, or links, and we do not store pattern-guessed emails.

How long we keep data

Waitlist entries: until we invite you and for a short period afterward, or until you ask us to delete them—whichever comes first, unless we must keep a record for law or abuse prevention.

Account data, including a saved Google or LinkedIn connection: for as long as your account is open. After deletion we remove or anonymize personal account data within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.

Search-session personal data (name, email, phone, LinkedIn, and other personal links): removed when the session ends or you log out.

A sales record you chose to keep: the contact details and outreach note stay on that record after the session ends.

The remaining seat (role, company, industry, location, source site, and query signature) may be kept for later searches.

Auth tokens live in your browser until you sign out or clear storage. Theme preference stays until you change or clear it.

Sharing

We use processors to run majikscale: Google for sign-in and calendar booking, LinkedIn for sign-in, Resend to send email, and Serper and Brave for web search. We also read public pages on theorg.com, LinkedIn, Wellfound, Wikipedia, Wikidata, OpenCorporates, GitHub, and company sites. They process data only so the product can do the job described above.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people from serious harm.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA-style)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; to export data in a portable form; and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information—we do not sell personal data.

You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing hello@majikscale.com. We may need to verify it is you before we act.

If you are in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California you may designate an authorized agent for certain requests.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including hashed passwords and access controls. No internet service is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.

Children

majikscale is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
